Customer Spotlight

A Top 5 Global Life Sciences company saw opportunity to replace an existing tool to enhance the ability of Medical Science Liaisons to plan and manage customer interaction, capitalizing on existing data and integrating with new services. Enable began with the collection of core business requirements and the structuring of a solution evaluation process. The evaluation included of a number of commercial off the shelf (COTS) and SaaS solutions.

Salesforce.com emerged as the solution that most closely met the business requirements and implementation was planned and executed within ninety days. Critical to go-live of the new solution was migration of existing data and the integration of corporate databases and production systems to capture multichannel information. Enable constructed both real-time and batch integration and data migration tools using Salesforce.com’s Apex Data Loader.

The business outcome is a new system resulting in an ROI of 29% with a savings of 30% annually. Also delivered was a richer reporting, planning and management functionality. Collaboration with the client’s internal team, partners, and outside parties resulted in better collection of partner information and improved tracking of the overall business relationship with our client’s customers.
