Enable Consulting has flexible, focused delivery approaches to satisfy the needs of our clients. Getting started with us is simple. Depending on where you are in your lifecycle we provide varied options:

• If your problem needs further defining, we apply our SCOPE^SM framework as the mechanism to understand the situation and the symptoms and dependencies of the problem being addressed.
  
  
• If your problem is already defined, the project can be lead by you. We provide hourly or daily help to extend the skills of your core team. Or the project can be lead by Enable. We would own and manage the project, make project information available through our client portal, and bill for time and materials.
  
  
• We also provide advisory services in the case a client requires senior leadership within their organization or requires high level strategic consulting.
