Joseph Cellucci
Chief Executive Officer and Managing Partner,
Co-Founder

Joseph Cellucci is CEO and managing partner of Enable Consulting, LLC. Prior to co-founding Enable in 2002, he was president and CEO of ProCaveo, Inc., where he led an initiative to reposition the company, focusing it on security and business integration. As a result, he helped the company raise more than two million dollars in funding.

Previously, he spent five years at CoreTech Consulting Group, an information technology consulting firm, where he served in various positions, including director of marketing and practice manager for the electronic business technologies and application services consulting practices. Joe's last role at CoreTech was chief e-business officer, responsible for realigning the organization's clients to meet the increased demand for e-business offerings. Prior to CoreTech, he spent four years as technical planning manager in the professional services organization for Soft-Switch/IBM.

Joe has presented at a number of leading industry conferences and has written or been interviewed for several articles for national technical publications. Joe has delivered a national series of electronic commerce seminars and served as an adjunct professor and coordinator for the e-business curriculum for New York University. He holds both a Bachelor's and a Master's degree in computer science from Villanova University.

Jim Bauer
Chief Operating Officer and Managing Partner,
Co-Founder

Jim Bauer serves as COO and managing partner of Enable Consulting, LLC. Prior to co-founding Enable, Jim held the same title at ProCaveo, Inc. where he was responsible for overseeing the firm's overall operations, driving marketing activities and building business partner relationships.

Jim was senior vice president responsible for sales, marketing and customer support for Tseng Labs Inc. Previous to that he was executive vice president of marketing and on the board of directors at Swan Technologies, Inc. He has served on the Board of Directors for the Microcomputer Marketing Council of the Direct Marketing Association. Jim is a graduate of the Pennsylvania State University.

Gerard J. Pyne
Practice Leader, Infrastructure & Business Collaboration

Jerry Pyne leads Enable Consulting's Infrastructure and Business Collaboration Practice. In this role, he is involved in a broad range of projects which leverage his past experience and technical knowledge.

Prior to Enable, Jerry was CIO of Appligent, Inc. a leading supplier of software for Portable Document Format (PDF). Previously, Jerry was one of the founders of United Messaging, Inc., an email hosting firm. Under Jerry's leadership, the company raised investment capital over $100 million. He assumed a variety of roles as the company grew including VP of Operations, Technical Advisor for the CEO and Director of Technical Sales Support, continuing to provide leadership and technical innovations to respond to the market requirements.

Prior to United Messaging, Jerry worked for Soft-Switch/IBM where he held a variety of senior positions in his 16 years with the company. Jerry began his career at Datapoint, a computer hardware manufacturer and leader in distributed data processing and at Uni-Coll a computer service bureau.

Jerry earned a Bachelor of Electrical Engineering degree with a focus in Computer Science from Villanova University. Jerry also completed the course work towards a Masters in Administration with Antioch of Philadelphia. He is a non-active member of the First Troop Philadelphia City Cavalry and earned an honorary discharge after 20 years of military service.

Ralph DeHart
Practice Leader, Architecture & Development

Ralph DeHart brings over 25 years of experience to his role leading Enable Consulting's Architecture and Development practice. A senior practitioner who thrives on technical challenges, Ralph has lead successful system development efforts in the past for companies such as CoreTech Consulting Group, IBM/Lotus, and Unisys Corporation.

Most recently, Ralph was a Senior Technical Specialist and technical research team member within the US Human Health/Clinical Data Procedures group at Merck & Company. At Merck, he identified and applied cutting-edge technologies to business problems largely focused on data analysis and visualization techniques. While there, he published several internal papers analyzing technical research and presenting results. Ralph is a graduate of Ohio State University and holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in computer science.

Christopher Exley
Competency Leader, Data Services & Visualization

Chris Exley serves as competency leader for Enable's Data Services and Visualization practice. Most recently, his primary focus is working with Enable client Liberty Property Trust where he provides consulting services as a senior application architect. He has over 15 years of experience in all aspects of application development including web development, database development, and system support. Prior to Enable, Chris held leadership positions at Info Technologies (consultant for Merck Pharmaceuticals), eBenX, DoubleStar, CoreTech Consulting Group (consultant for SmithKline Beecham) and Automatic Data Processing.

Mfon Udo
Managing Director, Sales

Mfon leads Enable Consulting's sales and business development efforts. He brings over 10 years of sales and leadership experience in information technology, including enterprise software, network management, storage management, security management, application development and data center services.

In the past, Mfon held successful senior sales and management positions with Airborne Express, Digex, SunGard Data Systems. Mfon is a graduate of Loyola College in Baltimore and holds a Bachelor's Degree in Communications.
