Joseph V. Cellucci – Chief Executive Officer

Joe Cellucci is CEO and Managing Partner of Enable Consulting, LLC. Prior to co-founding Enable in 2002, he was president and CEO of ProCaveo, Inc., where he led repositioning of the company, focusing it on security and business integration. As a result, he helped the company raise a major round of funding.  Previously, Joe spent five years at CoreTech Consulting Group, an information technology consulting firm, where he served in various positions, including Director of Marketing and Practice Manager for the electronic business technologies and application services consulting practices. Joe’s last role at CoreTech was Chief e-Business Officer, responsible for realigning the organization’s clients to meet the increased demand for e-business offerings. Prior to CoreTech, he spent four years as Technical Planning Manager in the professional services organization for Soft-Switch/IBM.

Joe has presented at a number of leading industry conferences and has written or been interviewed for several articles for national technical publications. Joe has delivered a national series of seminars and served as an adjunct professor and coordinator for the e-business curriculum for New York University. He holds both a Bachelor’s and a Master’s degree in computer science from Villanova University.

James Bauer – Chief Operating Officer

Jim Bauer serves as COO and Managing Partner of Enable Consulting, LLC.   Prior to co-founding Enable, Jim held the same title at ProCaveo, Inc. where he was responsible for overseeing the firm’s overall operations, driving marketing activities and building business partner relationships.
Previously, Jim was Senior Vice President responsible for sales, marketing and customer support for Tseng Labs Inc. Prior to that he was Executive Vice President of Marketing and on the board of directors at Swan Technologies, Inc.

Jim has served on the Board of Directors for the Microcomputer Marketing Council of the Direct Marketing Association.  Jim is a graduate of the Pennsylvania State University.

Ralph W. DeHart – Chief Technology Officer

Ralph DeHart brings over 25 years of experience to his role providing Enable Consulting’s technology direction and leading our architecture and development practices. A senior practitioner who thrives on technical challenges, Ralph has lead successful system development efforts in the past for companies such as CoreTech Consulting Group, IBM/Lotus, and Unisys Corporation.
Most recently, Ralph was a Senior Technical Specialist and technical research team member within the US Human Health/Clinical Data Procedures group at Merck & Company. At Merck, he identified and applied cutting-edge technologies to business problems largely focused on data analysis and visualization techniques. While there, he published several internal papers analyzing technical research and presenting results. Ralph is a graduate of Ohio State University and holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Computer Science.

Mfon Udo – Managing Director Sales

Mfon brings over 15 years of senior sales and sales management experience and a wealth of IT industry and business knowledge to the company. Over the course of his career, he has held senior leadership positions with successful high-growth technology companies including Digex(Verizon Business), SunGard Data Systems, and Coretech Consulting.

Mfon’s sales and leadership experience in information technology has included enterprise software, network management, storage management, security management, application development and data enter services. Over the course of his career his focus areas have been new business development, managing technology partners, and client relationship building.

Mfon is a graduate of Loyola College in Baltimore and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Communications.

Anthony L. Tenaglia – Managing Director SaaS & Cloud Integration

Tony Tenaglia is a leader in business technology strategy with expertise in assessing emerging technologies, identifying business process opportunity and transforming need into concrete technical solutions with successful results. He brings Enable deep management and industry experience including Consulting, Pharmaceutical, Financial Services, Chemical Manufacturing, and Government.

Prior to joining Enable, Tony was Associate Director – Clinical Information Services (CIS) at Pfizer/Wyeth where he led the Adaptive Trials IS practice and team, providing services to clinical teams in areas of project management, business analysis, application architecture, product development, execution and support. He also served as head of PMO and Relationship Manager. As a member of the Management Committee at Merck, he managed the architecture, development and support for a number of major initiatives in support of Late Phase Clinical Trials. Tony has also held senior positions at CoreTech Consulting Group and at telecommunications firm Converse Inc.

Tony received his BS in Mathematics at Villanova University, and Post Baccalaureate in Business Leadership at Pennsylvania State University. He is a member of IEEE Computer Society and has been published several times in industry.

Howard Portugal – Practice Leader, Microsoft Solutions

Howard Portugal brings over 20 years of software architecture, design and development experience to support Enable in his role as Microsoft Practice Leader, Microsoft Solutions. Howard participated in and led projects covering the entire SDLC in several large corporations and consulting organizations including Microsoft, Merck, Comcast, and Astra Zeneca. His experience spans the Financial, Pharmaceutical, Insurance, and Cable Television industries and he was involved in the development of the first Microsoft-Windows based commercial ad-insertion systems in the early 1990′s.

During his 5 years with Microsoft, Howard worked with large corporations (American Express, IBM, and others) to solve some of their most difficult Windows NT and Windows 2000 networking issues as well as honing his client interaction and architecture and development skills helping customers in the Philadelphia metro area as a Senior Applications Development Consultant.

He holds several Microsoft and other software industry leader certifications and has been a member of the IEEE and ACM. Howard holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Computer Science from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
