Custom Presentations Tool for Marketing & Field Sales Force

The global leader in print and online directory publishing envisioned creation of a dynamic sales presentation tool for their field sales force to deliver dynamically built PowerPoint-style slide decks for presentation to customers and prospects. This tool was intended to expand on a model created in a European division by automating manual processes that relied on a custom set of tools.

Enable designed and delivered a custom application to provide: repository and administration tools for slide content maintained by the corporate marketing team, replicated databases synchronized for off-line access, integration of mapping data and tools for geocentric tailoring, and native Microsoft PowerPoint delivery. Enable deployed an outsourced Agile project team to complete the application on-time and within budget.

The result of the project is that the field sales force can rapidly create new presentations tailored to the target audience using a consistent set of corporate content combined with dynamically generated custom content while connected or disconnected from the network. Ongoing manual support and maintenance costs were reduced through a central database and designer workbench tool.
